The school proudly enters the Texaco Children's Art Competition every year where we win numerous special merit awards and certificates of commendation every year.
Scoil Mhuire agus Íde is very proud to have had an outright winner of the overall competition in 2016. 5Th Year Art Student Marta Turalska won a considerable cash prize, a 10 day trip to Tokyo and her work, 'Grandma With Grape', was exhibited nationally and internationally.
